What to include in your request
Adding a few details to your message helps us resolve your issue faster:
- License plate number and country
- Location name or code (from signage or receipt)
- Date, local time, and duration of your stay
- Any reference numbers (ticket ID, receipt ID, Stripe reference)
- Screenshots or photos of the issue, if available
Response times
We aim to respond to most requests within one business day. Time-sensitive operational incidents for operators and cities are handled with priority.
During weekends, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, responses may take longer, but every request is logged, tracked, and answered.
If your request involves enforcement
PayParq is a software platform. Local operators and municipal partners remain responsible for on-the-ground enforcement decisions.
If your question concerns a fine, notice, or dispute, please share any reference numbers from the document you received so we can direct you to the correct party and provide any supporting information we hold.
