Can I cancel or change my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel for a full refund up to 1 hour before your arrival time.

Do you offer on‑demand transfers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Zatražite Parq vožnju direktno iz aplikacije za instant transfer do odredišta, obično u nekoliko minuta.

AI camera monitoring, well‑lit bays, and activity logs provide a secure environment for short‑ and long‑stay parking.

Question 6

Do you support EVs?

Accepted Answer

Selected locations include EV charging. If not available at this site, nearby public chargers are suggested in the app.

Are there height or size limits?

Accepted Answer

Most standard vehicles fit. Oversized vehicles should contact support for dedicated guidance before booking.

Accepted Answer
