PayParq – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of PayParq (“Service”), including digital parking reservations, parking access, and taxi/transfer services provided through our platform. By booking or using PayParq, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided
1. Park & Ride – Secure parking plus two-way transfer (to and from your destination).
2. Park & Taxi – Secure parking plus free taxi transfers on demand during your stay.
3. Smart Parking Guarantee – Reservation of verified parking zones with a 100% guarantee.
PayParq partners with licensed taxi operators and verified lot owners across Croatia.
3. Booking & Payment
Reservations are made via www.payparq.com or official PayParq QR Info Points. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Confirmation is sent via email and WhatsApp.
4. 100% Parking Guarantee
Every confirmed booking includes a guaranteed parking spot. If a spot cannot be provided:
- You receive a full refund, and
- PayParq provides a free taxi transfer to your destination.
5. Free Taxi on Demand
Where included, PayParq covers licensed taxi transfers between the parking lot and destination. If the assigned taxi is delayed more than 30 minutes, PayParq covers the cost of an alternative vehicle. PayParq is not liable for delays, accidents, or conduct of independent taxi providers but will assist customers in resolving claims.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before arrival → 100% refund. Less than 24 hours before arrival: non-refundable. No-shows: non-refundable. If PayParq or partners fail to provide the service → automatic full refund.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate booking details (vehicle registration, arrival time, contact info). Comply with traffic rules and instructions from PayParq attendants. Secure valuables in your vehicle. PayParq is not responsible for theft of personal items. Use designated drop-off/pick-up zones for transfers.
8. Liability
PayParq’s liability is limited to the booking amount paid. PayParq is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure, or theft/damage to vehicles unless caused by gross negligence of a PayParq partner. Insurance coverage, if provided by a partner, will be stated in your booking confirmation.
9. Data Protection
PayParq collects only essential data (name, contact, vehicle plate, payment info). Data is processed in compliance with GDPR. Customers consent to communication via email, SMS, or WhatsApp for booking and service purposes.
10. Amendments
PayParq may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on www.payparq.com. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts of Split, Croatia.
